Space Skilling Saturday 220 (At Next Island V)

Start Location:- Next Island Space Station.
Time:- 1750 MA.
Present:- Draxar, Ekimose, Nocturaline, Phil, Wolta and Myself.
Team name:- Sleepyheads & the NI 3rd Wave

I arrive in good time and add this week’s additional crew before summoning.

This week we have with us two representatives of what I think is the 3rd wave of the colonization of Next Island, namely David Draxar Born and Ekimose Desnago Born, as with all sessions where the Sleepyheads have guests we use team chat this night,

Wolta takes us to the Training Grounds, we encounter the Cosmic Horrors at 1752.

Wolta’s hour:- Wolta reports approximately 3% gain in Captain skill, Horrors were easy to find and her first stack was not well packed.
Kills: 11 + 13

Cee’s hour:- Quite sparse distribution to begin, loot was generally poor and skill gains seemed low. Mobs became even more sparsely distributed towards the end.
Kills: 24 + 13

Nocturaline’s hour:- reports low mob density and + 1.09 in Captain.
Kills: 23 + 14

This week’s stats.
Kill total – 98
Balance – Loss of 86 PED
Return – 72%

Both Draxar and Ekimose reported enjoying this session and that it has helped with their Discipleships.

Next week we will still be remaining at Next Island.

Space Skilling Saturday 219 (At Next Island IV)

Start Location:- Next Island Space Station.
Time:- 1756 MA.
Present:- Nocturaline, Phil, Wolta and Myself.
Team name:- Sleepyheads at Sleepy Island 🙂

I am already on the ship, how easy this makes the start of this session.

Wolta takes us to the Training Grounds we encounter the Cosmic Horrors at 1758.

Wolta’s hour:- Wolta reports a +2.95% gain in Captain skill, Horrors were easy to find and that it was fun trying to work out how to enter the telephone symbol into chat.
Kills: 11 + 13

Cee’s hour:- Spacing was reasonable, it was quite easy to collect a stack, skills looked good too, loot was a bit disappointing.
Kills: 24 + 25

Nocturaline’s hour:- Nocturaline reports a +1.24% gain on Captain and that the density of the Horrors was OK.
Kills: 19 + 20

This week’s stats.
Kill total – 112
Balance – Loss of 7 PED
Return – 98%

Next week we will still be at Next Island.

Space Skilling Saturday 218 (At Next Island III)

Start Location:- Next Island Space Station.
Time:- 1847 MA.
Present:- Nocturaline, Ntina, Phil, Wolta and Myself.
Team name:- Sleepyheads No sleep till zZzZzZ

I make sure I have plenty of time to prepare this week but everyone is early and I’m being asked to summon people while I’m still on the way to the ship, some days you just can’t get ahead!

Wolta takes us to the Training Grounds we encounter the Cosmic Horrors at 1849.

Wolta’s hour:- Ntina joins in the first five minutes. Wolta has nothing to report.
Kills: 13 + 18

Cee’s hour:- Reasonable distribution of Horrors and skills seemed OK, loot did not seem good.
Kills: 23 + 27

Nocturaline’s hour:- Early on Nocturaline reports a sparsity of Horrors but near the end manages to gain a large stack, she gains +1% in Captain skill. The second stack pushed the repair crew but they overcame.
Kills: 13 + 24

This week’s stats.
Kill total – 118
Balance – Loss of 57 PED
Return – 83%

Next week we will be staying at Next Island, Also there is a time change so we will be starting one hour earlier.

Space Skilling Saturday 217 (At Next Island II)

Start Location:- Next Island Space Station.
Time:- 1857 MA.
Present:- Nocturaline, Ntina, Phil, Wolta and Myself.
Team name:- Sleepyheads – cooler than cool?

I arrive in a hurry and have to rush to be ready.

Wolta takes us to the Training Grounds we encounter the Cosmic Horrors at 1900

Wolta’s hour:- Ntina joins at 1914. Wolta loses some of her first group of Horrors but finds them and they are soon despatched. The loot left a lot to be desired. Wolta reports a gain of 3.36% in Captain skill, the Horrors were hard to find at the beginning but was good at the end.
Kills: (9 + 11) + 11

Cee’s hour:- Horrors were quite sparsely distributed, I think the centre marker for the Next Island Training Grounds is actually at the bottom of it. Loot was quite poor still but skills seemed reasonable.
Kills: 27 + 19

Nocturaline’s hour:- Horrors were few and far between. Plus 1.33% on Captain skill.
Kills: 15 + 20

This week’s stats.
Kill total – 112
Balance – Loss of 89 PED
Return – 71%

Next week we will be staying at Next Island. Apparently we are not “cooler than cool”, maybe next week we will be.
