Space Skilling Saturday 115 (An Easter miracle)

Start Location:- Calypso Space
Time:- 1850 MA .
Present:- Nocturaline, Phil, Wolta and Myself.
Team name:- Sleepyheads clocks going forward

I arrive to find Phil already aboard, minutes later Nocturaline warps in from Arkadia, we wait for Wolta, who once on line I summon twice before Nocturaline points out we are at Crystal Palace. I jump into the chair and take us to Calypso Space Station where I successfully summon Wolta. The upshot of this is we start 6 minutes late because of me not being prepared, it’s the only thing I have to do and I fail.

Wolta takes us to the training grounds and we engage the Cosmic Horrors at 1921. Soon after she reports that “skill is not bad for the moment :)”. Loot was it’s usual dire self but at the end of her hour Wolta reported a 6% gain in captain.

I took the next hour, plenty of Horrors, I didn’t notice anything special about the skill gains or the loot, my first session at a turret was against 18 Horrors and went quite well. Kahlan joined us at 2057. Not sure how many Horrors I had to kill at the second visit as I was forced to stand a while and could not remember how many I had counted when I got back into the turret.

Nocturaline took the 3rd hour and to my surprise there was some decent loot. We were kept busy in engineering so there were plenty of Horrors. On a later visit to the turrets we managed a decent global and got a couple of arsonistic chips to go with a smaller one looted earlier. About time I think.

Nocturaline took us back to Crystal Palace, where I stashed the loot, then onto Calypso Space Station to pick up a new recruit, Maria Maritina Kwstantina, a friend of Kahlan’s, before warping us to Rocktropia.

We finished about 2300, a long session.

Result was +17.81 PED, 107% return, makes a very pleasant change.
