Space Skilling Saturday 44 (So tired)

Location:- Calypso Space.
Time:- 1900 MA.
Present:- Wolta, Nocturaline, Phil and Myself.
Team name:- Sleepyheads, 5 more minutes!

Wolta was living up to the name of Sleepyheads, not being on-line at the appointed time. Nocturaline and I decided to wait until 10 past before leaving Calypso Space Station.

At 10 past I headed away from the Space Station toward Crystal Palace whilst Nocturaline made a cup of tea, I had seen very little activity in the area during preparation so did not pay much had attention. A small change of bearing as we passed through Crystal Palace and we were on our way, Nocturaline brought the tea just as we left the neutral zone.

About 20 minutes later after Nocturaline, Phil and Myself had been Skilling for awhile, I had already killed off the first batch of Cosmic Horrors, there was an odd sounding yawning noise as Wolta came on line. We quickly established that she would come to us and after avoiding a pirate patrolling Calypso Space Station was on her way. We carried on Skilling and I found myself killing off the second batch shortly after Wolta was aboard. The dispersal of Cosmic Horrors seemed a bit odd tonight, quite sparse but in small clusters. It was not long until I had finished my time at the helm and after I had finished off the last batch of my piloting stint I relinquished the helm to Wolta.

Wolta also found some difficulty with the mob distribution and commented that I had killed them all off. On my first visit to a turret during Wolta’s command I managed a small Sleepyheads team global on the very last mob looted. Always pleasing that.

Nocturaline took over after Wolta had done 55 minutes. We continued in the same way, both Nocturaline and myself were falling asleep during this session but we both continued, I had to keep standing up to prevent myself from dozing off. As we continued we were all having this problem and it was getting worse so I finished off the last few mobs, Nocturaline went to sleep whilst I took the ship back to Crystal Palace with Wolta in Engineering just in case. Once there we both logged pretty sharpish.

Tonight’s entertainment was for Wolta, Pink Floyd (Dark Side of the Moon and Division Bell). Nocturaline was watching a documentary about UFOs. I listened to the latest podcast from Miskatonic Musings and later a reading of the Call of Cthulhu.
