A few site changes

I finally got around to updating the site a bit:-

Added an extra column to the layout and split what was in the existing column, in preparation for things to come.
Added a few links to things that interest me.
Added 2 new pages “Skilling” and “Events Calendar” and linked them.
Added a picture advert for Space Skilling Saturdays and linked it to the “Skilling” page.
Corrected a few typos and some minor tidying of various widgets.

I may need to redo the main banner now, currently I’m in two minds about it.
